  4. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive the item and inspect its condition, we’ll initiate the refund process if it meets our return criteria.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
